Mandatory Qualifications:
Doctorate of Physical Therapy
Min 1-2yr experience in cash pay setting


Conduct 5-8 new evals/day (100–140 new evals per month)
**you will not be involved in fulfillment - only evals**
Collaborate with our SDR team to ensure >80% show rate on scheduled evals
Build trust, provide value/treatment, identify client goals through our signature evaluation process
Educate new clients on treatment options and enroll them into custom tx plans ranging from $3k-$5k
Collaborate with our fulfillment clinical team to ensure seamless client handoff and experience
Track performance metrics (eval-to-POC close %, FECC, etc.) in our CRM
Participate in daily team huddles, game tape review, sales training, and weekly team meetings & performance reviews
